   A compartir con estudiantes y trabajores internacionales, en torno a 25 años que estudian y trabajan en Madrid. Con todos los gastos incluídos: gas, agua, electricidad, calefacción en invierno, piscina en verano, comunidad, internet wifi.
   Piso ático compartido dotado de: cuatro habitaciones individuales + 2 baños (uno de ellos privado que pertenece a la habitación grande) + vestíbulo de entrada + cocina + terraza. El piso está a 2 minutos a pié de la estación de metro Marqués-de-Vadillo, paradas de autobús y de taxis. A 10 minutos de paseo o una parada de metro de la estación de cercanías de Pirámides. Buen acceso a M30. Cocina compartida con microondas, horno, vitrocerámica, TV, gran frigorífico, lavadora-secadora. Calefacción. Terraza de unos 20m2 con una vista enorme de Madrid. Piscina en verano. Servicio vigilancia 24 horas en el edificio.

   MAS DETALLES: Habitación de 12m2, cama individual de 190x90 cm (150x190 en la habitación grande), armario empotrado, sábanas, manta, edredón, toallas, escritorio, silla, suelo de madera tarima flotante, cortina y persiana.
